- Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: 7–13 business days (Monday to Friday).
3. Delivery Terms We use reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. While we aim to meet these delivery windows, please note that transit times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to external factors.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package via our website or the carrier's portal.
5. Currency & Taxes All prices and shipping rates are displayed in USD. For Singapore customers, Goods and Services Tax (GST) or import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery unless stated otherwise.
