Refund policy

At Luckins, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your item.

1. Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@luckins.shop. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.

3. Return Process To initiate a return, please email support@luckins.shop. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Luckins covers all return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
